2002 NFL Season To Date: (all picks posted at MadJack's)
1x: 3-2 (+0.8 Units)
2x: 11-5 (+11.0 Units)
3x: 1-5 (-13.5 Units)
4x: 0-0 (+0.0 Units)

Sides: 13-7 (+6.3 Units)
Totals: 2-5 (-8.0 Units)
Parlays: 0-0 (+0.0 Units)
TOTAL HALFTIME BETS: 15-12 (-1.7 Units)

CHICAGO AT BUFFALO
1st Half Line: Buffalo -1, O/U 21.5

Bills should throw a lot, which should give them a big advantage. Their combination of Bledsoe and three good WRs, combined with the fact that McQuarters is out, gives them the edge.

PLAY: 1st Half Buffalo -1 (-110) 2x

CAROLINA AT GREEN BAY
1st Half Line: Green Bay -4, O/U 21.5

Has Carolina really been playing that well to be 3-0? I guess time will tell.

Green Bay's D is clearly outmatched this game, and I'm not convinced they'll cover. Take the points.

PLAY: 1st Half Carolina +4 (-110) 2x

TAMPA BAY AT CINCINNATI
1st Half Line: Tampa Bay -3.5, O/U 17.0

I know the angle betting against winner of MNF. I know home dogs have value. When I first looked at this game, I loved Cincinnati. I've looked more, and I really don't think they have a chance.

PLAY: 1st Half Tampa Bay -3.5 (-110) 2x

MINNESOTA AT SEATTLE
1st Half Line: Seattle -1 (VIP), O/U 22.0

Minnesota, on the road, with only one go-to guy? Culpepper and Alexander just can't hook up on most routes. The only reason Culpepper throws his way is because of single coverage. Kleinsasser is out, Chamberlain is questionable. Will Moss catch 12 passes for 200 yards and score 3 TDs? I don't think so.

PLAY: 1st Half Seattle -1 (-110) 4x

Possibly more to come.
Good luck.

DENVER AT BALTIMORE
1st Half Line: Denver -3.5, O/U 17.5

Several books have this one circled or OTB, but Olympic is taking bets on it. I'm bucking several trends here, with MNF live dogs, and yes, Denver's gotta lose sometime, and Baltimore's gotta win sometime, and all this talk of parity, etc.

Baltimore is terrible. Without a decent QB, they are going nowhere. Redman has looked awful, and I don't expect that to change vs. one of the best defenses so far. Even though the Broncos offense isn't firing on all cylinders, I think they still roll.

PLAY: 1st Half Denver -3.5 (-115) 4x

Good luck.

DALLAS AT SAINT LOUIS
1st Half Line: St Louis -7.5 (GameDay), O/U 22.5

St Louis hasn't scored more than 7 points in any first half this regular season. They only would have covered a -7.5 line once in pre-season. While I don't expect Dallas to be up at halftime, 7.5 points is a lot to get. While Quincy Carter is not a good QB, and I don't like him on my side, the Rams have only managed 3 INTs and 7 sacks on defense. Warner's thrown 7 picks, 2 for TDs, and has been sacked 9 times (Dallas has 12 sacks). I think that's just enough to warrant a small wager on Dallas getting more than a TD.

PLAY: 1st Half Dallas +7.5 (-110) 2x

Good luck.
