Was just listening to America West on XM radio & then were talking Palin.

When she was mayor in that little town in Alaska, she actually put into law that rape victims had to pay for their own rape kits @ the cost of $1200.

This was regardless if charges were pressed or not, even if your case went to court & the person was convicted of rape you had to pay the $1200.

You had to pay for getting raped. Did you just get sexual violated by a man ladies? Come forward, but make sure you have $1200 fee for getting raped.

anybody have any legit info stating that palin instituted the practice?....

if she did,i`m 4 square with you guys that she made a horrible decision.....

but you can`t blame her for not combing the books for every law or practice that was in place previously to figure out whether or not she agreed with them.......

it`s fricking state with 1000`s of laws and by-laws.....

i`m gonna wait till the dust clears and we hear both sides....

Here is something that makes you think.

I work with a welder in Atlanta

He has a crazy wife. He went out on her, she found out, and when he got home she attacked him and stabbed him in the chest.

Ambulance came and rushed him to the hospital.

He had a collapsed lung and almost died.

When he got out , I asked him how much that costed him ? It cost him nothing.

The hospital does not charge for saving victims of crimes lives.
