Confused on what you mean here Taoist - please help clarify, as I am always interested in these angles.

Are you saying play them straight as well sa the parlay?

150 straight AFA
150 straight WVU
150 straight KSU
AND
150 Parlay all 3

With my calculations hitting 2 out of 3 would make you be even on $$$, but you would be out the juice.

Or did you simply mean just play all 3 straight with no parlay at all? If so, thats no fun! LoL maybe 3 $150 straights with $75 parlay, possibly that would work out.

Good luck to you Mike with whatever you choose to do, you too Taoist (not so sure how your Vols hold up this weekend though, should be interesting).

...nope, all i wuz sayin' wuz forget the parlay...just play 'em straight. parlays are horrible bets over the long term and i assume that's what we're all here for.... if you want to stay in this game for years to come, you'll also realize somewhere along the way that there is no easy money and the only way to go is to grind it out...day by day...week by week...year by year. :D

...by the way, vols should stay under the number and with miami's run D giving up way too many yards, you could very well see the upset. according to my numbers, i wouldn't be surprised to see oklahoma coming out of this weekend as the only undefeated team left in the country.

GL to everyone, unless you've played the whore-a-canes. LOL :D

edit: ...as for the 3 teams mentioned, i like k. st and wvu, but the flyboys have burned me 1 too many times this year.

Parlays aren't bad bets in the long run; in fact three-teamers at 6-1 have less juice than straight plays at 10-11. And playing one $150 parlay gives you much less downside than three straight plays at $150 each.

The one problem with three-teamers is that the best available lines may not be at the same sportsbook, so you might have to sacrifice line value, which you don't want to do.

I like your K St play the best. Don't really like Air Force here.

round robin

I take my 3 best plays and 2 team them in a round robin. If 2 out of three cover you still win. My top three are Kentucky, Alabama, and North Texas.

Adding one BIG play

Adding one BIG play

After looking at the Texas Tech Ok State game I see it as a mismatch. Texas Tech wins 38-10.
