What i'm asking, is if anyone smokes Parliaments, I will happily mail them 4 coupons for $1.50 off a pack for 2 codes to redeem.

Just instant message me the codes, and your address. I will mail the coupons that day.

I'm sure I will get plenty of flack for being a smoker, so say whatever you feel you have to.

You have to signup, to get the freebee, you need a code that is an insert in there packs.
