Party points ?

I am new to party poker, i play alot of small stakes pot limit omaha if anyone else plays party poker.

But anyways I was wondering what these party points can be used for, i am under the impression that you gain them by playing real money tbale games and that is it. Any answers would be appreciated

Oh and another question, does anybody have the link of how to talk to party poker about players playing together, think its called commingling or something. When two players play together and act as one for an advantage.
