This is the official list.

Those of you who have spouted off all week about how Denver is gonna roll tomorrow please comment on this post and leave your name.

It will help the rest of the madjack community by allowing us to see who the Ron Jaworski's of this forum are. I.E.- those who doubt New England week after week after week, and then conspicuously hop on the wagon when the time is right.

No hard feelings with anybody!
Just want to see what and who we're dealing with here.

You sound like a very bitter gambler. The Patriots have been a great team but do you know how hard it is to be the best every year? Its almost impossible and now they have to go to Denver and play against a team that will punish you with thier running game. As Bill Bellichek said this week will be thier toughest test of the Patriots run so tread lightly as every teams dominance comes to a halt sooner or later. Good luck though

I always liked the Pats because everything that they do is done with class......BUT, I'm afraid that their run ends tomorrow night.

Hello my friends...

Count me as one backing Denver over New England this week, last week I was all over the Patriots -7.5 over the Jags and lined my pockets pretty well by doing so, however, Denver is a totally different animal (literally speaking...Bronco's/Jaguars) and is a well rested one at that.

Most "Joe Public" bettors are discounting Denver's earlier 28-20 win over the Patriots this year on this very field due to several New England players missing from the line-up, but you must consider that the odds maker knows this as well and installed Denver as an opening 3 point favs just as he did in the earlier meeting, there is a reason for this, its partially due to the history of this round which states that since 1990 rested home teams have won 49 of 60 contests, looking at the short term rested home teams in this round have won 23 of the past 28.

Match up wise I do not think New England will be able to counter what Denver brings to the table which is a dominant run game and a sturdy defense, a check backwards of New England's schedule this year and the results thereof show that the Patriots posted a mark of 5-3 straight up and ATS when taking to the road, those three road losses came at Carolina, At Denver, and at Kansas City, for good measure I could lump in New Englands last second FG win over Pittsburgh as well to illustrate that all these teams play a physical brand of football that is spearheaded with a nice ground assault.

Even a check of New Englands home losses reveal defeats at the hands of San Diego (41-17) and Indy (40-21), to me this shows that New England has problems with teams that can pound the ball, the public is in love with New England at the moment which is the reason this line is as low as it is, in my humble opinion it should be more like Denver -5, the Bronco's have the mental edge heading into this affair because they have already met and defeated the Patriots once this season, I really Believe New England gets exposed by Denver in this game.

I backed New England last week because I knew the Jags were making a mistake by starting "rusty ole lead-foot" Leftwich, this week New England's defense will have a much tougher time tracking down a more mobile QB in Jake Plummer, look for Plummer to loosen up the Pats with screens and short hitches, once the Bronco's get the running game going it will open up the play action which will then allow Plummer to take his shots down field, the Patriots will score their fair share of points as well in what will probably be the highest scoring game of the weekend, in the end Denver will win by 7 to 10 points.

Those liking trends might like to know that Denver is 13-4 ATS following a bye week which includes a perfect mark of 3-0 ATS in their last three games after a week of rest, Denver posted a mark of 3-1 ATS versus AFC East teams this year while New England posted a record of 1-3 ATS against AFC West competition.

take care and be well

I can't stand the PATS period. And that goes back to Bubble head days (Plunkett) Colts fan here. But I will be rooting for them this weekend. If the colts are gonna win the S.B. I want N.E. to be the one they beat to get there. Of course the colts gotta take care of business this weekend but I think they can manhandle Pitt. But thats why they play the game. If the colts lose then its just another 14-2 team that was overhyped. But I have watched football for 30+ years and every year there is a team that sticks out above the rest and the colts were that team this year. Everyone can say what they want about Manning but they got the swagger most teams have that advance to the big one. I actually think they will dismantle everyone they face in the playoffs and S.B. and thats not from a fan perspective. But we shall see how it plays out.

Denver backer here as well. I certainly dont think they will roll by 3 TD's or anything, but I see a nice 6-10 pt win for the Broncos.

Pats vs the Broncs

Pats vs the Broncs

This game should not be touched by the betting public.
How can you bet aganist the Superbowl back to back champs.
Tom Brady and The Patriots are 10-0 in the postseason and no matter who is playing defense for the Pats, Tom always shows up and he gets it done.
Tom Brady has had to step up his game this year by using everything he's got to stay in the game because there defense has been falling apart.
For those on Denver, the last time these 2 teams played, The Patriots had alot of injuries on defense but they have got most of their boys back.
HOW IN THE WORLD CAN YOU BET AGANIST THE REIGNING CHAMPS.
Denver is a great team and they can run the ball.
Shanahan is a great coach and they have had great success aganist the Pats as of late
The keys to the game
For the Patriots
They have to stop the run
They have to keep the clock running
They have to force Jake to throw the ball
they have to keep their Defense off the field

For the Broncos
They need to get an early lead
Keep the ball moving on the ground
Don't stop scoring no matter what.
The Pats can always come back

Its very easy to bet against NE. Look at both of their conferences. The afc west imo is the best conference in the leauge, with the exception of the sorry ass raiders. NE almost didn't win their division in a very weak year from their divisional competition. I respect what NE is and what they have done whole heartedly, but with all the media sucking off the likes of USC and NE it all gets old real fast. This game could get ugly fast so be prepared to swallow your pride NE fans.
