Pats early line -4 1/2. Who do you like? I would love to see Indy win, but I think they will need to have a healthy Harrison to do so. I hope that is why he was out, to give him some time for this week. I am also looking forward to some shots being put on Brady.

What do you guys think about this game?

I dont see the Colts having the same competitive fire as the Patriots have this season especially since they have zero to prove after winning it all last yr. Lets see what happens.

So Cal
I know the Pats are a machine this year but Indy is no slouch.

I'll take the 7-0 homedog. Indy playing in the
RCA Dome and they are getting 4.5... Is N.E really that good.

So Cal
If you think the Pats are the right side you might think about jumping. The line opened at 3 and is up to 5.5 or 6 and even a few -6.5's.

This might mimic the Ind - Car game where it stalled at 6.5 never getting over the hump.

So far 2:1 for the pats

Is N.E. that good?? ABSOLUTELY!!! The real questions should be "do the Colts have what it takes to slow N.E.'s offensive juggernaut?" and "can the Colts keep up in a shootout?" I think the Colts' offense is the same as last year but N.E.'s defense is slightly improved with the addition of Adalius Thomas. On the other side of the ball, the Colts' D is definitely better than last year but the Pats' offense is in a totally different universe this year. They picked up so may weapons for Brady this off-season it is almost comical. I love taking dogs, especially a 7-0 Superbowl defending champs at home getting points but remember how tough it was for Indy to pull off the win last season in the playoffs and that was without Moss, Welker and Stallworth....

Good luck!

First the Colts looked like a good play, then the Pats looked good, then the Colts and now the Pats again...dammit, I guess that means I should pass on this one:shrug:

Hey, RIGHT SIDE, how big of a bet are we talkin about here? A slightly bigger than average wager? The most $$ you ever laid on a game in your life? I'm just wondering because the more someone (especially a successfull capper) lays down, the braver I become in following his pick:00hour

Let's put it this way...it'll probably end up being a very BIG play! Something close to my Browns play last Sunday! I might be buying a couple points just to be safe. Still a few days till gametime, so I'm watching the line movement, etc. Nothing set in stone yet. I'll keep ya posted......

Pats loss to Indy last year was more or less a fluke.

I just see blowout here no matter which way I look at it. But if I were taking Indy, screw the points, take the moneyline.

I have never seen better football than NE this year and I don't think Indy will pose much of a challenge.

Ol' Peyton's practicing his hangdog look even as we speak.

Think about it...

If you're Belichick, what can you do that will top the top? You've already won multiple Super Bowls. What's next? Ass-stomping everybody by 35 points and winning the Super Bowl to cap a perfect season, erasing all doubt re the dubious filming, and establishing his team as the #1 NFL dynasty of all decades. That's what he's going for, imo.

PATRIOTS, PATRIOTS, PATRIOTS. You must be a Jets fan, wouldn't they love to have Tom "Bogie" Brady, hell they'd take Brett. Maybe you should be playing flag football? Hurt someone.
