According to Jeff Fisher Titans Monday night run down of the game plan:

game will be close but does not expect a high scoring game like the last game in October when the Pats won.

The last game played both had many injuries. Currently both teams have most of the players back and playing well.

I like the the Tits+6

possible teaser:

Tits+12 and the OVER 31

1st quarter UNDER..both teams have had conservative 1st halves thru out the season

game has a strong possiblity of gone into overtime ..gl

not tryin to give you the kiss of death

not tryin to give you the kiss of death

but i like the TITANS to win outright. i watched as i was against the still proving pats when these guys first met at gilette, wayyyy back when, and i still dunno how the pats came away with the W. was like i was watchin smoke and mirrors as i waited for tenn to puill away and put'em away (and cover in the process) no luck in either case. i wasnt overly impressed with either squad, though gotit stuck in my head--if the two were to meet again--i'd still like tenn, if not more so. ok, so i dont like'em more so now (cuz i liked 'em alot then)--and my reasoning behind is a bit shaky--and bias considerin am from boston (not really a pats fan--though i like their players and usually find myself cheerin 'em on) -that said, i'm gonna stick with my gut and take tenn to win. the points dont hurt though. i think what i think is, it'll be too hard to beat this tenn team--a good team, not a great team, twice in one campaign. granted i dont see the pats makin the SB either--so in my mind its either this week or next when the end of the roads comes. we'll see--GL -t

tball,

Today Jeff Fisher, coach of the Tits, finished practice and gave a quick coaches pep statement. This is what i heard on the local radio ,basically said, " Well nobody is expecting us to show up, but go home and get your bags packed we're going to New England".

What he's commenting on is the national TV sports annoucers aren't giving the Titans any respect.

This brings a thought to mind, remember 2001 Super Bowl when the Patriots were getting 14 points and getting NO RESPECT OR CHANCE OF WINNING.... the Pats won the Super Bowl with little challenge.

I'm certain coach Bellichik does not share that opinion and will pull from every resource available to win.

Throughout the years we've seen the playoff games more exciting then the Bowl game....this will be one of those games..2 great teams and coaches.

My point: BEWARE when underdogs are forecasted to lose before the fight begins.

I certainly give the Pats, the coaching edge here, but I remember taking the Pats against Chicago a few years ago.........Unsure of the line, but a friend made the Pats line enough for me to bet my profit from the entire year on the game. 21 points I think.......I broke even for the year. LOL!! The bet was near Scott4USC proportions.....$8000.00 plus!!

Hopefully the past won't influence this contest.

Keep it Positive, Topdog!!
