Well here we go with the last round of the season. Finals kicking off next week. I'm hoping the express can keep up its current speed and crack the 20G mark this weekend. It has two selections that it favours for this round and I gotta tell ya....I like 'em too!
The first game is played Friday night between our 'money earner' of last week, Collingwood......and Essendon. Of the last 10 encounters, Essendon have dominated with 9 victories. Earlier this season it was a 66 point smackdown But as you will know by now, Pawamech doesn't care for ancient history. It likes to buck the trends.......er...um....not this time. Shut the book it says, and get on....
Essendon straight up versus Collingwood
20% of the stash = $3,785 @ $2.00 returning $7,570

This price is a steal all things considered. Collingwood coming back from the wet slog up in Sydney last week while the Bombers should be fresh from its 'training drill' against Fremantle and their backline gets some handy returns to strengthen them.

Essendon 67

Collingwood too hungry for the win in the last quarter and roll over the Bombers. Essendon showing their true 'pretender' colours as the finals draw near. Should have seen the writing on the wall with their recent great form against lower ladder teams.

Season to date: 17.5 - 10.5 @ 62.5% ----- Bank = $15,140 @ 189.25%

Let's move on to the second selection for this weekend and a little more luck on our side. The next game is the western 'derby' between West Coast Eagles and Fremantle Dockers. The Eagles have dominated this series in recent years and the system also likes their most recent form. Taking.....
West Coast straight up versus Fremantle
20% = $3,028 @ $1.80 returning $5,450
The Eagles looking to make a stand in this years finals while Freo are just happy to be there for the first time in their history.
The Express to hit two obstacles on the track in one weekend???

F**king bombers Down wind in the final term and crumble in the big situation again. All but eliminates them from contender status for the finals and loses the lot of us some$$. Hope the next selection proves more worth pawa as I definitely do.

I just want to know who painted that tunnel on the side of that rock face?? Coz the Pawamech express is now a crumpled wreck of twisted betting accounts!!!!
Another tough game tonight that I have come up on the wrong side of. Eagles wasting chances late in what was a great game to watch (well it could have been greater!) Percentages have crashed and I apologise to all passengers who have lost loved ones ($$$) in the tragedy.

A good seasons earnings blown in the space of 24 hours. I should have pulled up stumps before this round with a season high bankroll but both games did look good and it was hard to walk away from what could have been an even better earner.
I'll live and learn from it. :shrug:
And hows my mate?? He missed 3 of the losses during the year due to not getting on in time and walked away from this round because he figured his percentages couldn't get any higher !! he's killed 'em !!

System results for the upcoming finals are running at around the 50% mark so I probably will not play them if they arise. Though I will post them for interest sake.

I'd better go and do some panel beating and see if I can salvage anything else. Now where are those 'jaws of life'??
