) As a consequence of these two missing, the price for Freo is dropping and the Lions are easing bigtime. Now I've said this on plenty of occasions....whenever You can get the greatest team to ever play AFL as a dog......take it and run!! This team is favourite to go 4 in a row and is still packed with more guns than a Columbian druglord's HumVee!! Brisbane have dropped 2 games of their past 11, by margins of 3 points (granted against West Coast in Perth) and by 1 point a few weeks back, after playing one power quarter to St. Kilda's 3 very good quarters (only to have some very poor umpiring decisions cost the system win
)Fremantle have not beaten a top 8 side as of yet and were beaten 2 weeks ago when the undefeated St. Kilda side went over there and won by 23 after taking the foot off the gas in the last quarter.
This is also qualifying as a strong play (13-2 & 12-3 ATS)and I'm feeling good about it (which is a concern given my recent form!!). I outsmarted myself when I saw the prices on Tuesday and jumped at the $1.95 on offer thinking it couldn't get any better, only to watch Brisbane ease out to $2.25 / +8.5 @ $1.90 after Brown got shafted. So I need the straight up win to come out in front but as far as the system record goes........it's a play on
Brisbane +8.5 over Fremantle

My (premature) bet is 20% of $12,083 = $2,417 @ $1.95 returning $4,713 for Brisbane straight up.
