I've crunched the numbers for this weeks AFL action and can't find any eligible selections so it looks like the Pawamech Expre$$ will have to keep on rollin' 'till next week.

Pawa, what game came the closest to a selection mate if you don't mind?

The only one that came close was St.Kilda +22.5 v Port, but with their ruck problems it's hard to see them come close IMO.
Port are also the best perfoming team ATS with 8 from 11 covers @ 73%.
Probably best to leave it alone. It's up yo you mate.

I'm actually leaning towards the Bulldogs +points v Sydney. Their recent history and form lends some weight to it me thinks....

The one game that fits my eye this week is also the dogs swans game. Didn't think they would be getting as many points as they are and you're right, recent trends and the doggies recent form suggest they are a great chance to cover this one. Am definitely playing this one. Pawa, any thoughts on tomorrow night mate? Would be more than happy to see my dons bring your roos to a screaming halt! Side bets, welcome!

Under 'normal' conditions I'd be all over the Doggies PAWA, but from Perth to Sydney....we saw what happened to Geelong in that situation earlier this season.

Staying away personally, but will be sitting in a mates house with a few beers, who just happens to be a big Sydney man.
Will test the friendship

Again....all things being equal I LOVE Port this week...BUT, I can assure you all that the weather here in Launy will be less than tropical (to say the least!).
Hasn't stopped raining for 4 days, and forecast for 9 degrees....and I'm guessing that won't be far off!


I'm on: Melbourne +32.5 (bet of the week IMO )
West Coast +27.5
Port/Freo/Collingwood @ 2.37
and a bit of an 'exotic'.....Tiges/Freo/Bris all to have more marks than their opp. @ 2.92.

With our game I am expecting a bit of a let down with my Roos after last weeks cliff-hanger McCartney game. I think the Bombers under 39.5 points is a good bet at $2.20.
But who knows.....maybe we'll surprise everyone.

Great game last night but why is it that the roos always seem to pull out the tight ones. Must admit that they are very good in that situation. Todays plays: Richmond -14.5 and Port -21.5.
Everyone is on the blues as my line has dropped five points in the last 48 hrs and I just think the tigers will hit back after three losses on the trot in what should be a blockbuster. Port in good form will take care of an injury depleted saints side.

Well, I was right about a blockbuster but wrong about the result. Thought the tiges were going to pull away early in the third but then everything started going the other way. Predictions from a month ago about the tigers not playing finals footy are already proving correct. Playing tonight: dogs +25.5 and Geelong on a hunch +28.5 due to recent trends.

Magpies go crashing down, Tigers too. West Coast by too much, Melbourne and the Bulldogs don't even turn up.......

But at least my Roos are safely entrentched in the '8'.

Gotta go and bail some more water out...........
