My brother said that he heard a guy on Howard Stern's show the other day and the fellow said that he never has paid for a pay for view event yet, and he orders all of them. He went on to say that the pay for view event is handled by a different company than your cable company,and the cable company does not care if you pay or not, they are more or less the middle man in the whole thing.
Anyway I think that this is a bunch of bull and was wondering if anyone out there has ever heard of this scam?
