If you have a PayPal "balance" (e.g., $$ received from another PayPal member and it's just sitting there,) that's the FIRST source that will be debited!
If you have a $0 balance, your credit card on file will be debited! However, there's a LIMIT as to the amount of credit card debits you can do each year!
If you get your checking account registered, you will beome a Verified Premiere Member! That way, if you have a $0, you'll have the OPTION to pay EITHER by your credit card on file OR by eCheck (where the $ is withdrawn directly from your account) and paid to another PayPal member or other third party via e-mail!
My advice to you is become a VERIFIED PREMIER MEMBER!
