I have a beef with them. After being a loyal customer of theirs over a year ago I went back about a month ago just to get some more action because they offered alot more than BETJAM did. However, they tried to double withdrawl from my card and tried to deny it when I confronted them about it. However, the bank, and my online report both showed and prove that they did. The guy argued with me and tried to talk to me like I was an idiot and I was 12years old.
The whole thing is they did it, and then didn't put a confirmation code in(this is what the bank told me). I will eventually get my money back, as the bank said they have to wait 30days from the transaction since it was a gambling transaction and it'll show up in my account then.
However, it's the whole process of the jackass from BETUS talking down to me and completely trying to act like they didn't do anything when I had proof and it's not deniable. I deleted them from my phone, emails, bookmarks, and told them that they won't have to worry about my services every again.
Quite frankly, they can go to hell.
