I haven't used offshore books much in the past, mostly locals.

I requested a payout from an offshore 2 weeks ago and when I log in the money still shows in my account. I was looking at the payout info and it says it could take up to 30 days to receive a check, but I would think it would at least be gone from my account by now. :shrug:

without naming the sportsbook are they a sponsor at Madjacksports ?

Yes I placed a wager 2 months ago and was told that when I placed it that the game already started so according to their policy it was null and void. So, i didnt win and it was just put back in my account
Now last night I placed a wager and it had started and the wager lost so they now say oh well youblost and the wager was processed so we cant put it back. What a joke. They only benefit themselves. They dont go by there own policy unless it benefits them. HeritageSports not a customer based policy at all..

4 weeks now. I just called & they say they have no record of my payout request. When I made my original request via phone, shortly afterwards they texted me to confirm my address and now they have no record of my request. I still have the text dated November 16th.

I was then told I could get up to $450 today via money gram, but fee could be up to 12%. Otherwise he said I have to wait till Monday & I could get $500 with no fee.

All issues have been resolved, no outstanding players for a while now.
