PC TOOLBAR Questions

MY PC is off a bit. No more Display box in my Toolbar, to show which site I'm in ... Bottom Toolbar no longer has that green liquid-looking stuff to show I'm moving forward..

Nor a box to write where a new site I want to go next to..


I've distorted all kinds of things going into VIEW and then TOOLBARS..

anyone want to add things I (or others similiar to my situation) can do,, :cursin:

go to VIEW-TOOLBARS.

make sure there is a check next to STANDARD TOOLBAR and ADDRESS BAR.

Then check LOCK ALL TOOLBARS

uncheck all other items.

just to show it doesn't pay to just always accept the defaults when you install things. I installed Macromedia Flash Player today and it wanted to install Google Toolbar and Google Desktop to search my pc, a quick uncheck and all I got was what I wanted.

Most people do find the google toolbar useful, but you have to watch the yahoo, the aol, weatherbug and other stuff, it really does slow things down
