Penn, Mass, TCU, Houston - why

I'm playing the following tonight, and why:

Penn -1`: Lasalle is in a rut right now, with their only recent win against Duquesne; Penn is the stronger team, with more rest, and 2 years of revenge on their minds, and has played well on the road (as much of a road game as this can be, in town)

Mass + 2`: UMass is on a mini-roll right now, coming home to face a Dayton team off of a loss vs division-leading Xavier, so I am anticipating a letdown from them here; Dayton is also a marginal road team, and I expect Mass's D to clamp down here and get the SU win

TCU -4`: more of a play-against UAB here, than anything, as they are garbage on the road and will let down off of a much-needed home win last Sat; TCU's up-tempo game and athletes should allow them to pull away here

Houston +10: this is an up-and-coming Houston team, who has fared well on the road and comes in against a SD State team primed for a letdown off of 2 emotional conference OT losses; I expect a tight one here, and won't be shocked if Houston surprises SD State outright

Good luck with whatever you do tonight.

I've learned my lesson...agree with you on all picks. Only worried about UMASS. I've seen them 3 or 4 times this year. Every time they've shot the ball lousy. If they can make a few, I like their defense to get it done at home.
