The first pick on VIGSKIMMERSinc was Atlanta +3.5, the second one was SF -3.5 (it was my pick). Now i saw two more and also a couple of friends told me today that they like Falcons, my question is why?. Is there any strong trend against SF or what?. Personally when I first saw the lines, SF was the game that I like the most. Are you guys jumping on Falcons because M. Vick? hope not. As I know the starter will be chandler. Now, Falcons D is not close to be a good defense, I now SF is not Ravens but it is not a bad one. The offense is just awesome I was thinking on a blowout, but I guess not a lot of you thinks that.

Falcons are a different team from the past. They may surprise many people this year. They have improved both defense and offense. I look for the Falcons to win 8-9 games this year.

yup tchism is right, plus the niners are banged up, with an already suspect defense, they are always overrated and this is a great spot to bet against. jamal with run up and down the field.

My friends laughed at me last season when I told them Baltimore was going to win 11 games and they even exceeded my expectations.

This year: San Francisco is my pick to win 11+ games. IMO

Does anyone know the # for them on season win total?

Unless Michael Vick miraculously develops quicker than anyone could realistically expect, I would anticipate this team struggling mightily once again. Both the offensive and defensive lines are less than average and the O line out and out sucks. Not good news when you have a QB back there in Chandler who has limited mobility at very best. Also Terance Mathis and Shawn Jefferson as your starting WRs??? Mathis' best days are behind him and Jefferson never really has done all that much. SF is not world beaters, either, but the QB matchup is a total mismatch, a young and talented D-Line for SF should win that battle in the trenches, and I'm thinking Terrell Owens is going to find a way to repeatedly get open no matter who is covering him. Certainly not going to say this will be a blowout, but I'll play SF -3.5 Good luck all!

49ers did nothing to improve defense from last year.

Lost garner and hoping hearst can still produce. Risky IMHO

Jamal Anderson looked back to normal in preseason. Could have huge game against soft defense.

Chandler is a solid veteren QB who should have no problem putting up points on this defense.

Vick will see some situational action and is hard to game plan for.

Atlanta getting the 3.5 is the play for me also.
