Pepperdine appears to have a major size advantage here. Their front line goes 6'11", 6'6, 6'6 and a key reserve who's 6'8 who just returned after a suspension. St Marys looks like a high school team: 6'9" 6'5", 6'3". A lot of cappers are on St Marys and the line does almost look like a trap.

Last year St. Mary's was a great fade, this year they have a much better team and IMO it's taken a while for the linesmakers to figure that out.
That's probably one reason St Mary's is 9-2 ATS while Pepperdine is 3-8-1 ATS.
I've made some money playing St Mary's as a double digit dog this year but I'm not touching this game tonight. I liked them better when they were getting 20+.
