as I was clambering through Walgreens the other day I noticed that the beard and mustache trimmer I was purchasing has a nose hair trimmer attachment. Now in the past I would generally wait till I had a flapper or a whistler and then would just grab as many of the stragglers I could pinch and just yank em out till my eyes teared up, but judging from the tangled matted mass of nare hair I am sporting now I feel that this procedure has done nothing but stimulate regeneration of the hair three fold. So I bought this thing and went home to try it. I got over the sink, took my left hand, resting the balls of the hand on my forehead and stretched down my fingers hooking said nostrils and turned on the electric trimmer. Although it took the edge off I know am plagued with a few minor cuts and stubble in my nose, it is extremely annoying. Is there a better way? Any and all hints are welcome.....I will be in Cancun for the next few days hopefully the salt water won't give me a rash.

I love my nose hair trimmer! I mean I used to do like you and wait until it looked as if I had a spider hanging out in my nose and then would use my small surgical scissors to trim them but after finding the solice in my new Remington Nose trimmer I will never have to wrestle with a "Tickler" again!

Nose hair is very annoying. Ive done that pullin out shit before, that shit hurts like a MF. Usually I just you use a pair of scissors, push my nose up and see what I can get. Never tried a nose trimmer, so I cant comment on those.

This is Mother Natures way of protecting you when you age. She grows you a nice filtering system. She doesn't think you can keep these openings clean by yourself anymore. :lol:

You'll notice that as you get older,your hair on your head gets thinner,& the hair in your nose & in your ears seems to grow in abundance.(LOL).

They sell scissors that are ment for trimming nose hair. The tips are blunt instead of sharp so you won't have too worry about those pokes and painful little cuts. Have used them for ever. You can find them in the Hygiene are of any drug store or Wal-Mart type stores.
