Hey guys- name is Eddy and conan told me about this site awhile back. Im a major lurker and have been checking this site for awhile but I usually don't say much.

Anyways, I don't know about you guys but I LOVE Peter -450. The guy looked like hammered shit his last fight but McCline can make anybody look bad. I think Peter puts a beating on Oleg. Oleg hasnt fought since 05 and beat a Rahman who hasn't amounted to anything since. The under looks tasty too but I think Peter wins outright. Anyone seeing this differently? Its not the best straight bet but a "parlay filler" no doubt.

Looks like a potential parlay killer to me. At minus 450 i would stay far away from Peter. I will bet Oleg i dont know how much. He can punch and he can box, two potential ways to win this fight.
Anyways welcome on board.

gardenweasel- I sure did, buddy. I post once every blue moon on the boxrec forums "betting for the week" threads as well.

Its a shame boxingranks went under. Good to see an old cronie on here. I'll post here more often

Welcome to the site Hurricane. I posted over at boxingranks as well, as Romiho.

Before the McCline fight I was all over the under and Peter by KO. Those wagers were returned and I'm not in a hurry to place them again. Peter was EXPOSED in that fight. I thought he had an iron chin but Big Time exposed a little bit of china in it. I think Peter wins this by stoppage but not willing to wager anything on it. The Ruskie can punch and if he lands, I can see him doing damage. If Mascaev survives the early onslaught, he has a real chance here.

JRM and Romiho?!? All bullshitting beside, I remember you 2 quite well. Wow that had to be late 04-early 05....

Thanks for the welcome. Glad to be here even more now. I've done quite well for myself over the past few years on boxing and MMA wagers (not so good on NFL- but thats another story...)

Good to hear your thoughts on the fight. Thanks

i feel the same way Romi. Loved Peters when they made this fight earlier before it was canceled, but after seeing Peters disaster with Mccline, not no mo.

I parlayed Peter with Klitscho. Payoff is 1-2. I played here in Vegas; Peter-400; Klits-500. Welcome Hurricane!

When this fight was announced first I put a decent amount on Maskaev by decision at +1000.

As Romi mentionned, Peter was kind of exposed against McCline.

Maskaev has been looking quite good recently, that means in his recent fights.
He really hasnt fought in a while, so it's really hard to tell what happens in this fight.

My money is still on the underdog.

If Maskaev hasn't seriously deteriorated he has a real shot.
