Many golfers stayed faithful to the PGA by turning boatloads of money down to stay, so what does the PGA do? They fuk those guys over. :sadwave:

PGA Tour and Dp World Tour brass are cowards and gutless, and well any other name you want to use.

This is beyond pathetic

Love this tweet from Hughes.

https://twitter.com/MacHughesGolf/st...-golf-to-merge

The PGA Tour/Dp World Tour just made him (and the other players who stood up for the cause) look like complete idiots. I hope all the PGA/Dp World Tour players boycott the US Open next week. Has there ever been a pro sports league sell out their own players like this? Answer.....no.

Just a terrible look for pro golf, this is an absolute disgrace, if I was a member of the PGA Tour/Dp World Tour I'd be furious.

And all those scumbags that left for the Saudi money.......well I guess they made the right decision:0071

The PGA Tour and Dp World Tour just completely fucked over all their players. They make the NFL brass look like they actually care about their players. Now every other pro sports organization on the planet can now say to their athletes..... "hey quit your complaining, it could be worse, you could be playing for the PGA Tour or Dp World Tour:facepalm:

Is The Shark’s Goose Cooked?
It looks like Greg Norman aka “The Great White Shark” will be mounting his stallion and riding out into the sunset.
Based on reports that have emerged, it seems that Norman will be dumped from his position as Commissioner and CEO of LIV Golf.
One report from Sports Illustrated reveals that PGA Tour Commissioner Jay Monahan will oversee both the PGA Tour and LIV Golf once the merger between the Tour and LIV Golf is finalized.
What will this mean? Put simply, Monahan will have the right to disband LIV if he wants to and also approve the reinstatement of former PGA Tour professionals if he so desires.
This dispels Norman’s statement which declared: “LIV is and will continue to be a standalone enterprise,” Norman said on the call. “Our business model will not change. We changed history, and we’re not going anywhere.”
Observers feel that they can’t see Norman being accommodated in the new entity given the acrimony that is said to exist between the Australian golf legend and Monahan.
