I would like anyone and everyone who likes Philly this weekend..whether it be a pick , +3 , or even + 7 to say why they like them.
I honestly after watching them besides the pounding they gave a cowgirl team that was not even there....what have they done???? They stink and I have no clue how they even make it here yet you have NE 11-5 sitting at home watching anything but football cause they are so disgusted. If they could have snuck in watch out
Please justify and thanks in advance :)

-Phil is 11-4 ATS in last 15 road games
-Underdog is 8-0 ATS last 8 meetings
-Westbrook is healthy
-SuperBowl hangover for Giants?
-No Plaxico Burress, Jacobs is a litttle rusty

Where it is real F ing COLD
Not impressed with the Eagles.. Vikings suck and the Eagles struggled with them. Sealed it with 6 minutes left. Giants will be much more prepared than the last time they met. Giants were on such a hot streak until then

whats eagles road record this year,by memory 3-4-1..redskins was a must win for the eagles a couple of weeks ago and what happened 3pts on offense and a loss..giants cleaned the redskins clock, yeah i know the giants loss to dal and eagles but basically everything was locked up and some players were hurt THEN here come the red hot unbeatable panthers playing for the homefield adv thruout the playoffs and what happened, win!!now everybody picking the eagles, just what they needed, they may lose to carolina but they'll will not lose to the eagles..mail it in

Dude you sound like a knuckle-head when the say the eagles suck. They have had sucky play-calling at times, sucky games, sucky mcnabb performances, sucky short-yardage play calling, and some sucky injuries , which have affected a few of their games. If you saw the baltimore, washington, cincinnati, or chicago games only then I understand your sentiment. If you watched the pittsburgh, arizona, dallas and giants
2nd game then you would have seen something different. Their d always comes to play and is very good. This team has sucked at times, but is definitely not a sucky team. When they come to play, they are as good as anyone out there.

yeah, i'm on the GMEN, but saying that any of the teams left suck is kind of absurd...esp since the Eagles D was #3 overall in the regular season.

last time they met GMEN only ran for 88 yards, but Jacobs (who was injured during the game) ran for 5.2 ypc on 10 carries and Ward had 4.9 ypc on 8 carries.

I saw the GMEN get back to their commitment to the ground game against Carolina and expect them to have success on the ground at home this weekend....

never said they sucked, there in..but there not the end all,im simply staing facts that support the side im betting and supporting,i know any given sunday, and for the record i've seen every play of every eagles game this year and last 10yrs im stuck here in south jersey:( they are simply middle of the road, the top tier is the giants/carolina then everybody else..there def has played better in the last 5 games but isn't this the competition, dallas self destructed, giants 1 week into the plax fiasco and the rest speak for themselves, ken dorsey?
zona
cleve
wash
dallas
giants

her's the previous 3 before the bye
giants
balt
cinci(cant forget this one)
i expect a close game for a while but the giants line and running game should wear them down late and pull away, bad weather favors the better running attack.i'll adjust my score giants 23-13

On The Other Side
Haven't decided which way I'm going on Sunday, but I will add a reason to play Philly. Plaxico always gave Philly's small corners problems in the past. The Eagles & Giants played twice this season. The Giants won the first game with Plaxico. The Giants lost the second game at home without Plaxico. You can't underestimate his absence. Take Steve Smith away from Carolina. Now, would you feel just as comfortable playing the Panthers against a quality opponent?

Manning

Manning

Wise and Wiser made a good point as Manning was onlly 13-27 against the Eagles the last time. Windy conditions will lead to a lower scoring game. The injury to Tuck has been big. Last time the Eagles committed to the run and ran Westbrook 33 times. I am not saying the Giants won't win but I can see Manning struggling on Sunday without a big play receiver.
