Philly is 15th in the league in scoring... 30th defensively... 30th in scoring margin...

They lose by an average margin of 10.21 points per game this season, which since the millennium is second to last of any teams only to the 2011 bobcats in losing margin and ats margin. But where it gets really ugly is when they lose. Since the new millennium they are the worst team in loss margin, losing by 16.42 points per game. I'm not a believer in "moral victories", but if you were, they certainly don't qualify for any.
