I went by the golf shop and hit the new callaway v series and then the Ping G-15's . The pings felt great!!! Anyone have any experience with these clubs? Price is not too crazy, 850.00 fitted.

My son married into a golfing family, they own a club in the detroit suburbs. The dad is real good and so is one of the boys. They wont use anything but Ping, that's all the dad has played with for the past 30 years. So now my 32 year old son uses them and loves them......:0074

I test drove some Pings before I bought my Burner irons, and I just could not get used to the offset feel - or look. To each their own - I know many who swear by them. I will say for my swing when I test drove four different drivers, the Ping felt the best, but I purchased a Wilson Big Red for $99 out of one of the barrels at the Golf show instead after hitting one of those at Myrtle Beach the summer before. I still love that driver and saved a bundle.

One of the winter treats for me up here is going to the golf show at the Dome each February. I haven't checked on what they are doing this year now. Just thought of that.
