Does anyone disagree with this? If so, why?
I can see where a book here or there might have an advantage in certain niches, but on the whole, Pinnacle is far and away the best book I ever used because of its slim juice, range of points/prices, and speed of payout. It is a tragedy that it is unavailable to U.S. customers.
