I have tried both ways in and can't get in. Does anyone have the phone number. I can't seem to find my book with the numbers of the offshores.

It's been up and down all day today and yesterday. Got in about 20 minutes ago and now nothing. :shrug:
A little slow tonite, but from here, that is all. I know they went down for scheduled maintenance for an hour last nite

Just called them have no idea when it will be back up. They have been working all night. Sure glad I have other outs. Good Luck

I just called at 9:22 central time and they said that it would be up in 2 hours. So I wanted to transfer some cash out to move it around in my neteller account and they tell me you can't even do that since they are down. I am glad I have other options and don't have too much cash with them but I think it is time to say good bye Pinnacle.

You would think they could provide us with a telephone number that we could place small bets at. I have not been happy with their customer service. They have canned answers to everything.
Heleanth totally agree with you re: phone # for smaller wagers $500 min. not even close. Been with them since the the start of mlb season, first problem just so happens to be a MAJOR ONE. Good Luck!
to their credit, I got cut off on my early gms today b/c their server was just coming back and was slow, and I called the bets in, it was a few minutes after they kicked off too, spoke to the manager and he let me get them in anyway, so they are off my $hit list, kudos to them
