Had a very interesting night yesterday with Pinnacle....
I was on their site watching line movement late on the Padres vs DBacks game, and much to my dismay I hit "update lines" and my account balance all of a sudden was at $2.00 USD. :scared After I sat there with butterflies in my stomach -- I emailed customer service with some concern. I told them what had happened and then asked for a quick response.
After about 10 minutes I this response:
Dear Pinnacle Sports Client,
Thanks for advising us.
Our IT Department is currently looking into this matter. We will contact you as soon as we have an update.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
If you have questions, please direct them to our 24 hour Customer Service Department at csd@pinnaclesports.com

Then about ten minutes after that I got this:
Dear Pinnacle Sports Client,
Our IT Department informed us that your balance should be correct at this time.
We kindly request you to log off and log back in to see the update.
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused.
If you have any questions, please email our 24 hour Customer Service Department at csd@pinnaclesports.com.

Now I do applaud them for taking care of this problem rather promptly, but I don't seem to be able to get any answers as to why this happened. I don't know if this was something done on my end or a glitch in their system, but I think my heart skipped a beat when I saw my whole balance disappear at the click of a button.
Just thought I'd share -- or see if anyone else has had similar problems.
