I am taking WVa because:
a. Pitt is receiving much public support, mainly because of their recent strong TV showing against Miami
b. Line moves indicate possible smart money being placed on West Virginia.
Public on one side ( Pitt ), Wise guys on the other ( WVa ).
At least it looks like that to me.
