My feeling is the Eagles are somewhat banged up and probably do not want to risk their starters for too long in a meaningless game [for them].
Pittsburgh needs to build confidence, given their recent record, and will come out in this game fired up. Not that they are the better team...because the Eagles will be in the play-offs, and the Steelers will probably be left behind again...
