Pizza help

Ok so I love pizza but I need help. I bought the pre made dough at Joes yesterday so we could make pizza. My problem is getting all of the pizza and toppings onto the kamado without it messing up. I know when I watch them at pizza places they just slide it off into the oven. Mine seems to stick too much and ends up a big pile of mess. I tried putting corn meal under it last night but it still didn't "slide."

I have the same problem with cornmeal. I've seen a few shows where they use flour so I'm going to try that next time.

Whenever it sticks like that I fold it over and we have a calzone instead.

Just add some flour on the bottom of the board you make it on, make sure there's no holes so that the sauce doesn't leak through and don't overdo the toppings.
