The East is a pile of shit and was last year...Right now the Raptors would be the #2 seed in the East and to my knowledge they have never won a playoff series....I believe 2 teams from the East made the playoffs last year with a losing record....The Cavs will get to the Finals by default and will lose to GS or SA because Love and Irving will be picked and roll to death on defense.
