Playersonly jammed me on bonus

Just wanted to tell people about an incident I had with playersonly.com.

There were offering a 10% bonus on redeposits sept 1-sept 16. So on the night of august 31 I wait till past midnight to make a deposit so i can get the bonus.

Well after a few days of not getting the deposit I call them and they tell me that my deposit was made on Aug 31 at 11:30. I know for a fact i waited till after midnight so i call my credit card company and they tell me that the charge was made at 1:16 am on the mourning of sept 1.

I tell playersonly.com that i can have the credit card company fax this over to them. But they dont want to hear it and wont give me the bonus.

If I knew I wouldn't get a bonus I wouldn't have made a deposit with them. Any other ideas about what I can do about this?

So many of these sites bone you in the ass, there is nothing you can do and they know it.....I have had plenty bad experiences with a lot of on-line books, but they are on the other side of the world so they know they can do whatever they want and get away with whatever they want.....all you can do is never use them again, but it is frustrating.....

That is BS on their part. I'd post this in other forums as well, as there is no excuse for it. Unless you have wronged them in some way, they shouldn't treat customers so poorly.

What I wonder about is that I try to post up early for fb to get all my accounts at the proper size, and then these books come out with last minute "extra" post-up/signup specials that I miss out on. Guess the early bird doesn't always get the worm! You should have waited a day, I should have waited a few weeks.

They are a reputable book who is publically traded. They offer a lot in terms of sports and props, been with them a while and had no problem, my friend hit a 10,000 dollar winning parlay and they paid him the next day.

I am going to call them once more annd try to get the bonus. Will let you know what happens.

Playersonly is 2 hours behind eastern time.
You made your deposit at 11:16 costa rica time.
They should give you a break and give you the bonus.
Call and ask for a supervisor (Jacques or Jeff)

I called them today and talked to one of the floor supervisors and they credited it to my account. I think the operator I talked to before didn't factor in the time difference or misconverted the military time to real time for eastern time zone.
