GL to you Chenker and a very nice write up on the PSU game. I really like your reason #6 about the fact its the 1st road game for the new NU QB and that stadium will be LOUD. I guess my main worry on this one is last yr NU played 2 bad games against bad teams which had many betting against them vs Notre Dame, which NU covered fairly easy. However I think this is different as PSU looks improved and are at home. I may join you on that one as a late play. I was hoping to add some injury updates this week but have been busy and also a little ill. The illness seemed to start after I watched the Cowboys get outplayed in all phases against a team that may not win another game all yr

Thanks for your picks, can you please tell me more about why you like Clemson. I would appreciate it, thanks. Are you worried about Clemson injuries to O-line? I know they got great defense, but the offense could struggle. Maybe you know something i don't. Thanks in advance. Good luck, and my best bet is USC +3 over CO.

Scott,

Certainly the injuried on the OL may be a factor as everyone knows Tech has a very good defense. Also I think coming into the yr the OL was probably the weakest link on offense. However after FSU the next 3-4 teams are very close talent-wise IMO. At Clemson-3 I was not sure but now that it is a pk, I cannot pass the home team with the better coach. As a cowboy fan I was unimpressed w/ Gailey's coaching in close games. After steamrolling Vandy and UCONN, I don't think he has had to make any tough decisions yet and think he will in what should be a close game.

GL w/ your USC pick. I am going to pass on that game. As bad as CU has looked they still have the great running game and I worry about how Auburn was able to run on USC and forced them to bring an extra man in the box. At the same time I am defintely not betting on CU until I see some improvement.

Adding:

WVA +5 vs Cincy ($220/200 SIA)

I am sure I may get burned by Gino but just can't help but feel WVA is going to pound the ball w/ Avon and do just enough to win outright or at least keep this game w/in 4pts. Thought about the ML but w/ Cincy at home and Gino's big play ability (especially late in games) I will just take the pts.
