Let's get August of to a bang!!!!!

Playing these today ---

St. Louis +130 - I know Maddux has been hot the last couple of months but he pitched here in the playoffs last year and got beat up. Plus JD Drew is back and the cardinals are different team. Kile +130 at home is a good number and good value. I will take it for 3 units 300 to win 390

Houston -150 - The Astros bang left handed pitching at home. The over (11.5) is not a bad bet here either. Redding has been good and I like the number at -150. Taking this for a unit

Cubs -120 - Tapani has had bad luck latley but I think he just need to get to the sixth with the lead. It is ballgame after that. Bobby Jones has been horrible at home for some reason and the cubs are rolling right now. McGriff makes me a believer in this one taking this for 1 unit

San Fran -180 - Schmidt has been great and with the line-up the giants through at you know it is scary. I like this one for 2 units.

I am also playing these four together in a parlay.

Got some info on this game. I am adding the twins +100 for 4 units.

The reason. I have a local friend in the blue jays system (chris weekly) plays third base a single A. There has been talk of Hallady having a dead arm. This may be his last start and if it does not improve headed for the DL. This is from him not anyone else just thought I would share. Take it for what it is worth.
