I am still kicking Indy around. They are +7.5 now, I should just buy it to +8, but I will wait and see how the Ohio U game looks.

Makes total sense the Pit is definitely one of the best home courts in the country. I may just watch. I am on Indy as well +8 (im a sucker too). Ive been gambling since I was 16 in high school. My high School basketball coach was a book and kept all of our plays on a dry erase board at is house. We always new our balance at the weekly poker game lol. I am 53 now. I appreciate your insight.

there's been such a turnover in the Mountain West from last year to this.. so many players graduated/moved on, I was very familiar w/the quality level of that league last year and made some good $$ knowing them, now I've started to look around and I just haven't seen em enough yet to know.

1 thing I do know, UNM has a wonderful home court crowd, sold out pretty much every game.. I went there for grad school in early 80s, saw some fantastic basketball.. Tim Hardaway for UTEP.. Tom Chambers for Utah.. Danny Ainge for BYU.. Tony Gwynn for SDSU.. just to name a few.
UNM played em all tough, and won their share against better teams and a lot of that was their home court elevated the level of play by the Lobos, and if visiting teams weren't used to it, they'd struggle.

I had the pleasure of "volunteering" for the NCAA Finals in '83, when NC St (Valvano) won against Houston in a classic.. but that's another story for another time lol

sure did bottomfeeder! for all of the reg season games, I think we paid .50 (student rate) and usually sat opposite the teams benches (Gary Colson was the UNM Coach) about 5 rows up.. bench seating, but you didn't sit much at the beginning or the end lol
for the ncaa's I got to "work" the door into the press room, then when game started I could just go in and watch it whenever I wanted
some great times for sure!

Like John Lennon said, I should've known better! UCLA had some sort of meltdown after their last game, coach climbed up their a** and called out some players blah blah, and that usually does "re-focus" a team... and it sure did tonight as Bruins had 57 in 1st half.. my bad.

I fell asleep and missed all this. Good stories guys. I forgot to post Indy as a play and didn't bet New Mexico. You can't bet a game when you're asleep. It's hell getting old
