played the following...

starting the year with a 10,000 bank roll.... Once NFL starts going to play no more than 5 plays in college and 5 pro per week. Until then I will play up to 10 college games a week. Always going to play the same amount per game per week and not playing any teasers or parlays. Going to limit my play amounts to no more than 3% of my of bank roll.

Here we go.

Col St. +3 330/300
Over 48 Col St/Vir 330/300
Over Wisc/Fresno 53 330/300
Under 57 1/2 Neb/ASU 330/300
Under48 1/2 TTech/OSU 330/300

good luck, looking forward to a good year:D

Glad to see you are on the Ohio St and Nebraska unders. I still like the Nebraksa under but I am going to wait a few days to decide if I am going to play it or not. If I do play a total in the Wisky game it will definitely be over. CSU/VA will probably be a pass for me but since it is the very 1st game of the year I may make a small coattail play on it.

GL this weekend/year!

adding the following....

I was going to wait to see if I could get another point before gametime but I am going to bite at +37 with Ark State.

I think that VTECH is going to treat this as an exhibition game with LSU on deck the following week. I truly think they will get a big lead ( 3 or 4 td's) and pull a lot of their starters to rest them for the Tigers. In addition, they have some suspensions pending and I think they will have a conservative game plan so they do not "tip their hand" to the Tigers. I also see a lot of basic running plays from the Hokies, thus keeping the clock running and keep the score lower. I think the Hokies win by 28 or so points in this contest. I realize that their second and third stringers are probably better than Ark State's starters but again I think we will see a very plain/vanilla game plan from Beamer.

Ark ST +37 330/300:D

was going to wait to try and get a better line but I will take my chances with + 21 1/2 with the Sun Devils.

No need to say the same things that Dynomar and others have posted but I really think this will be a carbon copy of last year's opener for the Huskers versus TCU. Low scoring, conservative game plan by Solich.

ASU +21 1/2 330/300

I definitely like the dog plays, but I am curious about the total plays. I love college football and have been very succuessful after the first couple of weeks. I am simply curious as to how you get confident in so many plays the first week of the season.

Bason-

It is not that I am confident , rather that I think that these are good plays. Your right it is hard to say how certain teams are going to start the year but I am basically going with what I know about teams from last year and what I have read/researched on teams in the offseason. I also feel that these "added" games provide some quality angles for total plays. I beleive that a lot of these heavy favorite teams just want to get the W and get some playing time for all of their players and avoid injuries. Without margin of victory it does not make any difference if they win these games by 30 or by 14 points. As far as these totals go......

I think the Rams are going to be very effective moving the ball and that they will put up some points in this game. I also think that Virgina has a chance to score through the air versus the Rams secondary. Also feel their could be a special teams TD by the Rams .

I think the Bucks are going to be a very conservative team on offense and that they will have trouble scoring points. I also feel that their D will be able to shut down the Red Raiders offense.

Huskers will struggle on offense and have a very conservative game plan IMO and their D should be able to keep the Sun Devils in check.

I feel the Badgers will score a bunch of points against the Bulldogs and I also see the Bulldogs being able to answer the call and put up some points of their own against this badger D.

I do not expect to win all of these plays but I do expect to with 55-60% of the time. If I make 10 plays for the same amount and win 6 of them I will be happy. I am in for the long haul not the quick winner.

I could not agree more and thanks for the feedback. I personally will play light this week since there are too many unknowns.

I do agree on the Col St/UVa over. I think UVA is underrated and can throw the ball. However, I tend to lean to UVA is this game since no one is giving them any respect. I have gotten burned too many time early on playing against a home team with a low number. I expect this number to move to towards Col St. Sticking with the over.

I also think Nebraska will be conservative with a young offense. They will struggle early.

Good Luck!

N Mexico +14 330/300

Don't think the Wolfpack should be favored by two touch downs. It is going to be very hot and humid and both teams will play a lot of people but I think QB Kelly, Coach Long, and their D have enough to keep them in the game - 27-17 final:shrug:

let's get some more winners tonight and this weekend:D
