I saw the 1Vice double pay NBA promotion advertised at another forum and decided to deposit 500 and give it a try. The initial terms were that you received a 500 fp and had a 10x rollover. The NBA team I selected did quite well along with my personal wagers. In mid January I finally completed my rollover requirement and had a balance of 4970. I requested a withdraw and was told that no payouts would occur until after the Super Bowl. I did not make any wagers from that point on.
After the Super Bowl I received an email from Griffin stating my withdraw request was cancelled and I had a new 10x rollover on my current balance of 4970. Then I received a email from Griffin requesting that I call him. I called him on Tuesday February 24th and was told he was sending me a good faith payment of 500. I was also informed that he wanted to see some action on the account before processing anymore payouts. I asked him how much action I needed to give them and he said quote "just bet, just bet man". I really didn't think I needed to give him anymore action since I already had cleared my rollover requirement but anyways I didn't want to rock the boat and I put in $870 worth of bets for a fie day period from 2/24 to 2/28 losing 248 during the this time frame.
On Monday 2/29 I requested another 500 payout and Griffin told me no that he needed to see more action on the account. I thought this was completely unfair as I already put in 870 worth of wagers and was willing to continue putting in 1000-1500 worth of bets just to keep the 500 payouts coming which is something I clearly did not have to do and was just being a good sport about it.
Then reading in the forums I found out the debt was sold to RDG corp and I see this company paying for advertising, running contest and giving away prizes, making payouts to other players in a timely fashion and even paying off full balances of the 40 or so players that had won a good sum on the NBA promotion. I do not understand why others are being paid and I am not. The fact that they can run contests, pay for advertising and make payouts to others clearly indicates they have the money to pay me.
I do not know why they are refusing to pay me but I would appreciate some assistance in helping me get the 4244 that is rightfully mine.
