I have a parlay that will cash and one of the game's is left and that one will cash it. What do ya know... it is about 20 min. to start time so I'll post it.

BTW, how bout that Ohio St. game; think ZAGA is shitting their pants after seeing that one? Not writing that "I do".

I need N. Carolina to win a Money Liner tonight. Comments? OK, That team has a way of boosting their efforts in BIG TIME games and even more important is their SOS ranking which is around 27th. That is their Strength of Schedule and I use that factor for post season games. Of course there are a few others as well but not as important IMO.

Keep them dancing shoes on and Good Luck.

North Carolina
Just now saw this and I've been playing the tourney a little different this year so far. Taking a lot of smaller ML Parlays and hoping a couple hit for overall profit.

I was so disappointed in Carolina last night. Lowell is right...it was men vs boys. I think we just saw how young this UNC team really is, esp in the backcourt. Guard play is so important in the dance and they've got a lot of talent but I think 3 of the guards in the rotation are freshman. Davis, Walton, and Love. If they stay, this team is gonna be damn good down the road. They are really good in spurts this year.

Also, I wish Walton would get more playing time. One thing about Carolina...they always have a boat load of talent but one thing they rarely have is that pure shooter. Walton is the best shooter they've had since Donald Williams back in the early 90's. If he's open, it's more than likely going in.

Why oh why do they not get him more shots as well as just having him in there as a threat? And I know Love is not a natural PG so he's only gonna get better and better. I'm hoping all 3 of them stay at least another year but hoping for 2.

But yeah...Wisconsin outplayed them every way possible. Outside shooting, rebounding, backdoors, you name it. Carolina couldn't come close to stopping them. Disappointing but maybe we learned how good Wisconsin is.

Good luck today guys! Sorry my Heels didn't pan out and Lowell, glad you hedged.

Badgers were the better team but Williams did not coach a good game. Black and Platek get too many minutes.
Why sit Bacot after first 2 minutes? He scores his 15 points in first 6 minutes of second half but only got 1 more shot. Badgers don?t like to play fast but Williams did not pressure them
Rumor has it there may be some transfers. Kessler may be one of them. He should have been getting more minutes all year but Williams kept letting Brooks audition as a 3 for the draft by trying to be a jump shooter from 18 feet. I think I read the Badgers were the 245th best rebounding team but they sure hit the boards last night.

Great to see you two

Great to see you two

Thank you TJ and Lowell so much for helping me support that pick. I read every word and agree wih 90% of what both of you wrote. Can you imagine what the books made on that game? The whales took some nose dive $$$$ that's fosho.

Here's two more side comments I had for that game - Height advantage for N.C. and here's one I wasn't aware of before the game - Williams won every 1st round game and did that for 29 times without a losing 1st round.

My summary of what I saw:
For the 1st. quarter of the game, T.H. (tar heals) continually attempted 2 and 3 pointers and were 1 for 10 on 3's and terrible for 2's. Meanwhile Wisky was shooting WAY OVER their head compared to what I saw from them after watching 2 of their season games. THs woke up and "realized" their strength was getting to the glass and shooting and man, oh man, was Wisk. ready for them with at least two defensive players waiting for them. And that problem continued for most of the game from there. Torture test just watching the rest of that game. Yah know, maybe I shouldn't have watched N.C.pretty much crush Duke. :0002

While you two are here here's one I like more for today - UConn-3.5; I'll buy the hook or buy 1 pt.

Here's an interesting stat that you may find handy - For this tourney ->37 DOGS win and 28 FAVS win. oh, one more that may not exist in this tourney but NO TEAM WITH A .500 RECORD WON A SINGLE GAME IN THIS TOURNEY.

Be careful with these games and WIN, WIN, WIN :00hour

I have UConn in ml parlays but it will be a while before I recover from last night. Purdue also stung me.
Heard last night the Badgers starters were older than the starters for Chicago Bulls. Youth went to school and got a lesson last night. Good luck

The Gonzaga scare is getting to be a little too muckin Futch

The Gonzaga scare is getting to be a little too muckin Futch

I've been using parlays mostly and some single reg. plays for the post season games. Think it's time to make some plays that are the type that produced a season ending bankroll of OVER 8X the $ I started it out with. Maybe just for me -

hiya bruno and wayne :0051

TEASERS RULE

I think this is a great Teaser Stuffer ( to go along with other team(s) in a 4 point TEASE job) --> Norfolk + 36 1/2.
Put aside the talent and performance records and use some common sense. You think the ZAGS are gonna play all out in this contest to waste some effort before what's ahead of them? When will they start putting second teamers in, when will their star players take their foot off the gas pedal.? Norfolk got into the BIG DANCE and teams like Memphis St, Boise St.,Col. St. ST. Louis, etc. did not.

i got them in a tease with Con and another team (also got Conn. in a side reg. line play for more than the Teaser).

I think Gonzaga wins it all this year. I know that's far from going out on a limb...they are damn good. Also, there's a guy that thinks a lot of this stuff is scripted and he gives a ton of reasons why Gonzaga will beat Illinois for the title. He liked Michigan to lose title game until brackets came out and they were on the same side.

He said if Zags win it, they'll finish 32-0...same as last team to go unbeaten...1976 Indiana, 32-0...and tourney is being played...in Indiana. He lists a lot of other reasons. That said, he liked UNC to go to Final 4 along with three #1 seeds. So that didn't pan out.

He picked Gonzaga well over a month ago. Oh and he said in 1976 tourney...that was the last time both Duke and Kentucky didn't make it to big dance.

Lowell, I agree with all that you said. I'm gonna hate it if Kessler transfers. I like Brooks but I didn't like all the outside mid-range jumpers. I never thought about him auditioning as a 3 but it makes a lot of sense now. I know these guys are young and I like Roy and hate K...but I swear...I hate to even say it...you give someone like K or Pitino this UNC team four months ago and I think they'd be in the elite 8, possibly further. All that offensive rebounding combined with a shooter like Walton....I think they'd space the floor better, have more flow in half court offense, get way more open shots...Walton's not the only one capable of hitting open shots either. And better on defense too not giving up so many backdoors and wide open 3's. Not to mention free throws.

I've learned to live with it though. Hard to complain. So much talent and 3 national titles, almost a 4th one and really good every year. Really hoping Walton and Love don't transfer...honestly hoping they all decide to stay but we'll see.

Good talking to both of you. I might try and see if I can find a future "Gonzaga beats Illinois" wonder what the payout would be.
