Team POD comes up short in bid for Threepeat: 23-26
It would have been a miracle finish like Hickory High in Hoosiers. We needed an 8-0 sweep Sunday to take the week. If the Chiefs just won, not even covered, we would have pulled off an improbable win but it was not to be. So, we fell short and have now won 6 of the last 8 weeks. We start anew.
We had 3 Cappers that rose above the rest. Let’s give them their due. At 5-1, WILD BILL wins yet another GOLD MEDAL. At 4-2, DOUBLETWO takes the SILVER MEDAL. TERRYRAY earns the BRONZE MEDAL at 4-3. Congrats guys. Nice Capping!
The rest of the team: Old Man River and Lauderdale (3-4), Elmer Fudd (2-4), The Culprit (1-2), Yanno (1-5) and Trucker (0-1).
Lets ring in some Christmas Cheer!
