Pokerstars legality question

With the law that passed Congress last year is it still legal to use Visa for deposits?

I thought I heard about a loophole that Pokerstars uses.

Any truth to that?

Most bank have a block on the cards. It will depend on your bank.

I am not sure about pokerstars though. Only way to find out is to try.

my debit/credit card is fine w/them.

Yeah mine works fine with them, I just want to make sure it is ok after the bill passed Congress last December.
