Hey,

Thought I'd post this here - although maybe the off the wall forum would be more appropriate. My book currently has the following odds that look tempting to me to win the dem/rep nominations:

Clinton -110 - This was -200 before Iowa. Seems like maybe they are reading too much into Obama's Iowa win. She still has the inside track in a two horse race. I like the close to even odds on what should be the favorite.

Romney +400. Value bet.

Any thoughts? (No discussion on who and why you hate such and such candidate). Just looking for wagering throughts.

thanks for listing the info...

this is just my opinion...

i like the republicans +165 only because of the odds & i don't think the dems are a lock.

i also like romney, mccain, & rudy at those odds...& since i think hillary will get the nomination i like hillary to win but again not crazy about laying -1.10...

good luck with what you decide..

I am with AR on this one.....i have no idea who is going to win this sucker come November, might as well take the side with positive odds......since I am anti-republican, it would be a good way to, uh, hedge myself and make sure I still am a little happy come election day. :142smilie

But, how about taking a flier on +1800 for any other party.....micheal bloomberg, anyone!?!?!

What book is this- Flap jack?

Would think Hilliary a good bet @ -110
Real Clear politics which is consensus of all polls has Hilliary still almost doubling obama nationally.
44.6 to 24.4

Hate to tie money up for 11 months and already have small position that way but might take more---and hope I lose:)

which is possible as entrance polls show hilliary very weak in key areas--however believe that will be more revelant in pres election when she is forced to answer questions other than canned ones--
here are some interesting demographics on Iowa voting--
