sorry, boss, i haven't watched the video so, per your instructions, i haven't voted. i spent all my free time today discussing cryptocurrency and the stock market.
do i think he SHOULD do time? abso-fucking-lutely. but he's been breaking the law since the 70's and still has never faced any consequences for his actions. so i have a hard time believing he will ever actually spend a day behind bars.

Trouble is, despite this being the best time in history to be alive in arguably the greatest country in the history of mankind, people are trying to tell us how awful everything is. When you ask them to explain, they give you a bunch of nothing or they turn it around like Cricket tried to above. Somehow, giving marginalized people equal rights in this country is "destroying" it.
Here's where I see us going wrong:
- Democracy is at risk. The former president convinced a mob to attack our Capitol in an attempt to overturn the results of the last election. Rather than executing or imprisoning him, he's running for office again.
- Homelessness. There is nothing being done about the current crisis. The people that are supposed to be all about Jesus wouldn't piss on these people if they were on fire. Helping them is out of the question because the selfish "silent majority" are nothing but phonies. They will do nothing to help but are willing to complain all day.
- Healthcare. The ACA was supposed to bankrupt us and the Republican fear mongering turned out to be another load of crap. Yet, they still want to get rid of it with no plan for something better. Healthcare cost is the #1 cause of bankruptcy but the proven systems from around the rest of the civilized world are dismissed as "socialism".
- Guns. The interpretation of the 2nd Amendment is a complete farce. Read it and tell me where we comply with the "well regulated militia" language. Rights & Freedoms of the potential killers outweigh those of the potential victims. It's completely backwards and the rest of the civilized world has shown that regulation works. We desperately need reform but the Republicans Freedumb Fighters will never let it happen.
- Education. The Republicans keep talking about abolishing the Department of Education. Are you kidding me? We already have people that trust Fox News and Trump over obvious facts. This country needs more education, not less.
- Social Programs. The Democrats have enacted some great ones over the years but the super rich have labeled them as Socialist Entitlements and have convinced a lot of ignorant people to vote against their best interest. They even want to kill or strip Social Security.....something that we all pay into and deserve to get paid back from.
- Government Spending. The failed businessman/orange traitor was supposed to show everyone how to run this country like a business and wipe out our debt. Instead, he spent like the asshole he is and cut revenue/taxes to help out all his rich buddies. We could fix a lot by reallocating our tax dollars from overspending on military stuff we don't need and putting it into healthcare/homelessness/SS etc.
- Illegal Immigration. Nothing changed at the border except more people wanting to come in. We supposedly have an open border policy even though the Biden administration has deported more illegals than any other president. Do we need to fix the policy? Yep. Will the Republican Party work with the Democrats on reform? Nope.
