Pop up help

Sorry to bother to ask this question but I remember someone put up a link where to download something that would stop the pop up that appear and I cant remember who? Can someone remember or have the link I could use?

Popups will be a thimg of the past with these two programs my friend.

Don't ever download that fuhking "Hotbar" that comes with those cute little things you can add to your emails. They sucker you into downloading the program that adds that stuff to your emails, and then throw in that "Hotbar" that throws about 3 pop ups per minute onto your screen. Also, one of the programs associated with it takes up about 65 MB of memory. Nothing but bad news IMO.
