Running a tad behind because of a couple of family events.......6.8 lbs, had to overlap the racks, and my heat is frigging with me......I'll sauce them around 7 and put back in for another 30.......Now I need to get my wings ready, was supposed to be just 4 of us, now it's turned into 14.........:facepalm:
