Forecast shows some showers possible tonight, does that weigh in Iowa's favor? Has either team played in rain this year?

Does anyone have an opinion on weather?

...i always see some comments about passing teams in the rain, but don't really understand them. IMO the only thing that really hurts a passing team is strong winds.... the rain softens the field and makes cutting, stopping on a dime and such harder.... the offensive receivers know where they're going, but the db's are guessing at routes, so i would think that rain would make it even harder for iowa's secondary to stop those big wr's for usc....

...unless the wind gets up and causes problems, i just can't see iowa's secondary stopping usc's passing attack, but then again, what do i know? gl tonight fellas. ;)
