ytd: 3.5 - 1 - 0.5, +2.5 units

Taking one match this weekend:

Villa -.5 vs Blackburn (+108)

Milan Baros arrives and should really provide a spark. Possibility of Patrik Beger making his debut as well. Villa survived the red card a few days to get the draw. They are very hungry for the likely home win in this one.

England, u.k.
MANCHESTER CITY at home to Portsmouth

City are un-beaten in their last 11 games (dating back to last season).

Portsmouth have not won away from home since Boxing Day. They have managed to achieve just 14 points out of a possible 66 and away from home they've managed just two points from 30 available. In those 10 away games they've scored just five goals and conceded 22.

Advise Manchester City as a solid recommendation.

Good call on Man City. I didn't look at it in time. They are in solid form right now - always nice when a few of the mid-table teams hang around near the top for a while.

Newcastle -ManU 1.65 3 units

Newcastle still without a goal.....

another questionable redcard took away nice over play, at least i think so....

winning one loosing two isn't way to go

ManU takes easy 0-2 win after all

4-9 -1.9

btw over's 0-5......

Good job on ManU. Newcastle is in big trouble this year. Looks like they will have to fight just to avoid relegation. Just scoring a goal will be an accomplishment at this point.
