Portsmouth is at the bottom of the table, but at least by my eyes, they look better than the teams immediately above them. They're form in their last 2 home matches include 2-0 wins against Liverpool and Burnley and their bad start has more to do with club turmoil than any lack of talent.
Arsenal has been the most surprising team so far in this campaign not really feeling the affects of the transfers out to City and then losing Van Persie in November. Now they have to press on without Fabregas. So while Arsenal emphasizes team more than the other top 4, at some point you need players that can create and score. So while they have the better 11 and everything to play for, the price is too high.
