what are your thoughts on the draw for the burnley match? I just took a quick glance at their home/away records and it looks like fulham is a nice play at -175. Fulham is 7-3-2 at home and Burnley is 0-11-1 on the road with only one draw in 12 matches. I don't follow the league too close, just wanted to see if i'm missing any injury info, rivalry, etc. thanks for the picks!

Burnley's horrible away from home, but the new manager has a bunker philosophy and Fulham traditionally is strong at home, but is playing with 6 guys out from last year's strong campaign due to injury. Fulham's struggled to score of late and I'm thinking that there's value in 0-0 or 1-1.

And I'm a newbie following the league, but I've followed pretty closely this year, but I'm not a winning handicapper yet

Just a few years ago, I was following about 5-6 leagues weekly and playing at least a half dozen games per week.

Was racking up in some of the more obscure leagues like Japan J, Turkish and Russian. Didnt realize how good I had it due to one of my books moving lines very slowly after key info like a GK change or something was announced. Alas, the money train ended when they started limiting my amounts and % action on soccer plays, then shut me down alltogether.

The majors, Serie A, Dutch Ere, La Liga, even Scottish Prem. By far, the toughest and tighest lines were in the EPL. Made some good coin on the WC and am pretty pumped up for it again this summer. Chucky had a great call on the top goalscorer (Klose) some years ago that still gets brought up now and again.

I've given up trying to make any real money at gambling, so I'm just enjoying the challenge of trying to eek out some profits on the EPL. I'm not even suffering any post-Super Bowl blues. There's no way I'd spend anytime on the K-, J- or A-league. . . . it's just not worth it.

I'm excited for the World Cup, too . . . so many sides that are favored that are historically soft mentally and having to play in the winter in S.Africa. Hopefully, it's profitable.

IX and kickserv would have some good fun with the "obscure leagues"......of course no matter what league...I hate when ya lose on a tie...man I hate that:SIB

And IX....what book "kicked ya out"? You must have done really well, because it is rare for a book to "cut ya lose" on soccer. You driving a Ferrari now?

I took fulham at -175, unfortunately i took under 2.5 as well, that's not looking too good at the mid point. I'll make a tiny profit if fulham hits and the under loses. I'll start throwing some picks out on the EPL. I like Arsenal as a small favorite at home vs Liverpool this week too. Any thoughts on that match?

Kick, the book that cut me off was a MJ sponsor who is no longer available.

Actually had to get Jack involved in the end transaction.

Bottom line was that I got paid, eventually.

Plenty of water under the bridge.

No bad blood.

EPL is no joke. Never met a successful year in year out capper. Akin to the NFL in the U.S.
