I'm not sure if this is breaking the rules or not, but since I'm bashing it, I think it will be ok. If this isn't ok, please delete the thread.

Check out this link and look at the first listed handicapper named Guido. This putz has his own pay site where he of course claims to win, but for some reason, the free picks in baseball that he posts at this site always lose. He was down 30,000 units last year, and the site owner graciously wiped the slate clean for the start of the 2002 season. He's already down over 4000 units for this season, and we're in what, the third week?? This guy is a proven loser, so check him out. He is a valuable asset.

After a stellar 0-2 day on Thursday, Guido is now down over 5000 and this is just the third week of the season. He is a quality fade and proven loser in baseball. If u don't use fading as a handicapping tool, I think u are missing out. There are many proven losers out there, this guy is just one of them. I know we have discussed "fading" before and many disagreed with me, but I have to stick with what works. If Guido does turn it around, I'll be the first to give him his props, but it won't turn around. Good luck.

Those stats are documented, no doubt.

This guy is jeckyl and hyde though on free picks/pay plays.

He's 20th all time at wagerline.com http://www.wagerline.com/leaderboard.asp?Sport=ALL&Last=ALL&Picks=All

His pay plays have been on fire since last December or so hitting close to 60%.

Odd that his free picks would be night and day from his pay plays.

Only reason I pipe in is because I hate to see a good guy get banged too hard. I've seen this guys writeups and he does his homework.

I think he'd even agree though that those mlb free picks are a good fade. 9-19 ain't pretty!

UPDATE

UPDATE

Hopefully some of u have checked this out. Before todays action, the total is up to -8500 and change. That is just amazing, and incredible. He is a golden goose. I guess it's possible for him to turn it around, but being such a proven loser, I highly doubt it. The idea here is simple. Check the site for his plays then go opposite. A very easy premise. Good luck!

I had to give an update, lol.

Here are the current numbers:

MLB 65-76-2 46.10% -11890

AMAZINGLY BAD, and he will probably be up to -20K by the break. Come fade away, come fade away, come fade away with me...

there is another fade that is pretty similar but he posts here too, he is a service and he wins 2-3 days a week, if that

guido is awful, he doesn't post too many plays on that garbage site...

thanks for pointing that out, sometimes I forget him

aNYWAY you can post up his constant "losers" here on a daily basis? Someone should profit off his stupidness, and I will certainly give credit where credit is due!

He was godawful last year also as was some dope named Brad. Where Mike finds these guys is beyond me but then by looking at that car wreck of a site what makes you think he has any pride.

In all fairness, LT PROFITS finished 1st in the weekly standings at the UHC for the week ended yesterday, June 16. Also, his pay plays are actually performing very well, as he is at around 58% in all sports.

Just an FYI.

Good luck.

I don't really care about his pay plays as I never pay for anything. This thread is about the free plays he posts at that site and about how bad they are. Is the 58% for the pay plays from his website or from somebody monitoring, I don't know. Anyway, the current record and numbers after todays action are:

71-84-2 45.81% -13300

Now that's very bad, or very good if u are fading like I suggested 2 months ago.

SixFive,

Besides UHC, he (they) is (are) monitored at National Sports Monitor. I know that NSM is legitimate because me and some other Global Sports Picks guys are monitored there, and Bobbowski runs both sites. I believe plays are displayed soon after game time, which also eliminates any kind of shady doings.

Also, it is not too unusual for someone's free record to be worse than his pay record. In fact, that may be interpreted as a GOOD thing, because it shows that he knows how to rate his plays properly, and that the pay clients do indeed get his best plays. However, it is unusual to have such a HUMONGOUS drop-off in win % between pay and free plays. All I know is that all LT's records are legit, so just take that for what it's worth.

As an aside, I spoke to him several times when he was running BPHA, and I do know that he works harder than most of the so-called "touts" that flip a coin to determine which team they will put out as a best bet! Let me add that I really have no ulterior motives to defend him since he is a competing site (not to mention the fact that he rejected my application to join BPHA...LOL), but just hate to see a very decent, hard-working guy getting bashed mercilessly when his clients are up over 120 units since November.

Anyhow, don't want to get too involved with this. I have more important things to worry about, like PICKING WINNERS.

Good luck.

Actually pretty funny but great info presented above. I have always thought also that a good source for bad information is better than a good source for good information. There are time when a good capper might go bad but if you have found gold and you are fading someone it seems like they can never win. And its sad but while you are winning you must be laughing your :moon: off. Can't comment on the above mentioned names as I don't know but I can say the NSM and UHC are on the up and up. I think they are run very well. A lot of services actually post there best plays for free there. All mine are always free there as I am not a service and everyones plays are up 10 minutes after the game has gone off. Truth is that regardless of the sport about 67% of the services at that site by the end of the season have lost units. Defending that however (and I usually don't defend services) is the fact that you are using their point spread and their 20 cent lines. Meaning you can't shop for numbers or buy the 1/2 like a smart player would. Actually I should stop saying I hate services. Its the not the services I hate;) , I just think that there is good free information to be had if one looks. Let me just add by the way so this doesn't look like I am pointing a finger that I read Eugenes stuff daily that he posts here. I also follow his plays at the NSM and he plays there what he posts here. He works hard and seems (I have never met or talked to him yet) honest and hard working. Thats all I can say as thats all I know. Good luck to all.

Eugene, that's nice of u to stick up for your buddy, I also do that when I can. It's not a bash of his character or his work ethic, and I'm sure he laughs when he sees things like this. Here's the rock solid point. This is THREE STRAIGHT YEARS these losers have been DOCUMENTED FOR ALL TO SEE at the link I provided.
